We have built 2 homes and our experience with salisbury was awesome. Much better building process than our first home we built! Everything was done correctly and on time. Our Salisbury agent Carlos was the best! He was so responsive, took care of everything, and would answer all of our questions quickly. Jo in design was so amazing, she also answered every question I had and helped me through & through with the design process. We love our home and it was a pretty smooth process.

Definitely the best compared to other non-custom home builders around. Our house got finished this August and we love it! Brooke was great in the design session and gave us good insights with her experience. Didn't act like a sales person at all despite the more expensive options available for the house.

Jake was also great to work with. Any dings or mishaps with construction were identified and he made sure to fix them. Overall the quality looks great and is working well.

Only negative element is the landscaping wasn't that great with default plants. Crew did bust a downspout but Jake made sure it got fixed. Great guy to work with!

Salisbury may be an underdog builder in Utah, but they are a well-oiled machine. It took them less than 3 months to construct our home! (Our third-party inspector attested to the quality of work done, making it even more impressive.)

We loved the family feel that this local company fostered as well. We could tell that we weren’t just a number to them. From start to finish, we interacted with great professionals who were efficient and knowledgeable. Reed, who we first met at an open house, was able to steer us in the right direction as to which community would best fit our family. Carlos helped us get into our lot. Jo was amazing at our design appointment and was very responsive throughout the build, making sure the subcontractors were following our chosen options. Jake was great at giving us updates every couple of weeks and gave a thorough new home orientation along with implementing our final requests after we had an inspection done.

We love how simple and painless they made the home-building process feel as first-time homeowners. We are so thankful to have a place of our own and to have enjoyed the ride all along!

Salisbury homes is complete garbage! I have had issue after issue with my home as well as everybody in my whole development. Even friend's have major issues with Salisbury in a completely different development. Plumbing is scabbed together, electrical is a mess (who puts the microwave on the same circuit as the garage? I can't use the microwave while using tools in the garage without kicking a breaker) roofing issues and lthe list is long!!! It makes you wonder if there's handshakes with the inspectors behind closed doors. If you want a lasting home without major headaches go elsewhere, Salisbury is complete garbage!

Our experience with Salisbury Homes has been horrible to say the least. What should have been an exciting experience for my wife and I building a home for the first time was turned very sour by their unprofessionalism. We began bringing up issues to their agent such as a window being placed incorrectly and broken 2x4s in the walls after the supposed inspection took place. They also did not disclose that a large swath of our property was a public utility easement. When we asked why they didn't disclose this to us, they referenced the contract which did not disclose anything concerning the easement. When we mentioned that we were going to speak to a real estate attorney so that we are more informed (there was no threat of legal action on our end), they threated to cancel our contract and retain our deposit as liquidated damages. They proceeded to tell us we are no longer allowed to visit the premise without a Salisbury representative present and essentially told us to sit down and shut up while they built the house. They continued to hold that over our heads until the day we signed, leaving us to be in constant fear that we were not only going to lose the home we worked so hard to earn but also the money we put down for it. Their approach was extremely uncalled for and caused unnecessary duress for our family.

In addition to the poor building experience, since moving in 3 months ago, we have unresolved warranty issues after reaching out to them 3 times (once per month). They haven't even responded to our requests. We sent in new requests today (9/19) so we will see if they even respond. If they continue to ignore our requests, we will be reaching out to the BBB.

Overall, our entire experience with Salisbury Homes has been extremely disappointing and we would never recommend them to anyone, ever.
