Seems like the inmates are running the asylum here. One resident with a couple of her friends dictate, and I do mean dictate, how activities are going to work. From telling an amputee that he can't participate in the potluck because he didn't bring anything is flat out rude. Like there's never enough? That's just one example. There's also gossip, backstabbing and sabotaging others trying to do any activity. C'mon, clubhouse police, just be nice. This high school behavior just makes all activities smell bad and is very isolating and detrimental to those trying to help. It's hurts feelings enough that people won't go back. Mgmt just needs to step up and put some people in their place instead of being friends with them. We're all supposed to be mature adults.

Fantastic place to live, with access to all the great places to enjoy in the East Valley. Great neighbors who look out for each other, have fun with each other, and stay connected. Love the new clubhouse and the updated pool area.

I purchased a mobile home in this park for my father Steven and he loves living here. The neighbors are awesome and there’s lots to do. They always have different parties going on a beautiful pool and overall safe place for my father to live the rest of his days in his own home

We may not be a big community with some of the amenities of bigger parks but the friendliness more than makes up for it. Spacious lots. Great pool and clubhouse. We are involved every night of the week with activities. And we have the best manager who goes the extra mile for us ?

Un-safe, high crime, people jump over the outside wall and break into homes, no entrance gate like other parks, not safe at all. If you are concerned about safety this is not the park for you. People that live here are mean and child like, they are always watching for any little thing they can complain about, babies
