My husband and I visited Fieldside Grande on 11/24 and was greeted by Diamond Arnold. Her smile, knowledge, patience, and professionalism is the reason we decided to lease the property at Fieldside. I contacted her several times during the process and she has been nothing short of amazing. Your company should be honored to have such a dedicated employee like Ms. Arnold. I will definitely refer my family and friends to Fieldside Grande in the future.

The Fairland Crossing property has had such a high turn over of leasing office and property management staff in the last 6-8 months that has impacted their ability to maintain efficient tracking and organization of tenant files and paper payments. Despite me never missing a rent payment, & leaving my apartment in better condition than I received it…. Fairland Crossing Leasing Office staff misplaced not one…. But TWO documents of mine, one of which was a confidential document regarding my safety that was handed directly to the property manager at the time and placed in my tenant file & the second being payment they received in the mail. I would have much rather pay electronically, however when I asked how to render the payment I was told to submit a paper payment. A money order that was sent to them, the post office confirmed as received by them, thus it was apparently lost. Due to their false accounts that this payment was never received, they completely obliterated my previously stellar rental history. Please note, all rent payments were made. This payment was for an egregiously low amount due to a water meter bill that was calculated well after my move out date. this property was paid not only once, but twice when I discovered this action had been taken against me and I attempted to rectify this by paying it AGAIN. However, this still appears on my history and it needs to be removed!

First and foremost, I would like to say moving from out of state to Sage Ventures was a lot of planning and helping us with that planning, I would like to thank Sakeyma Cole for being there in the beginning, picking up the phone, speaking with us f out of state, helping us make our transition as smooth as possible. If we need anything repaired, she doesn’t hesitate to put it in order. If we had a concern, she is also there to help rectify that situation. Thumbs up to her.

They bill you for everything, they make you use a valet trash service but if you have a filled trash can on days they don’t come, then you have to sit with your trash for a few days. They say they have a dumpster but it’s like a quarter mile away and locked. Also they’re doing construction at a lot of sites so you’ll hear that all day. No parking, very little spaces available even during daytime. They love to tow your car after they say they have no parking .. they can only offer you to park in a non spot for a few hours and if you don’t move it by 7, they will tow you. . Because of a problem they’ve created.
My apartment and some others, had water from rain coming into the vents and windows.went on for about 4 weeks before they came to look at it. Not worth the luxury cost.

Horrible... I am SUPPOSED to be moving into my apartment tomorrow Sunday 10/22/23 and I was contacted yesterday Friday 10/20 at about 6:30 pm and advised that the apartment I applied for and was approved for in not vacant. I'm struggling to understand how your management team dropped the ball. The space was listed as vacant, the application was approved almost 2 months ago and on Friday 2 days before move in you realize the apartment is occupied Was this a bait and switch? I literally have boxes packed all over my home and ready from out of state and I don't have an apartment which I already signed a lease for. I've been up all night crying and stressing about this fiasco. How did this happen?

What is your procedure for preparing a space for lease? Isn't it painted and inspected weeks prior to a new tenant moving in? How could this happen? This is horrible.

When the agent called and he advise me that this will be corrected by management giving me another apartment of similar space or A bigger space for the same price. When I spoke to the same agent today he assured me that he was waiting on the manager to start her day and she will get me a rental. I haven't heard anything as of yet. It's 5:16pm on the day before I'm scheduled to move in and I DONT HAVE AN AVAILABLE APARTMENT. I feel like I've been scammed.
I need answers. This is not okay.

If you're considering working with any property ran by Sage Ventures, be prepared for a frustrating experience. Their customer service falls short of expectations. Sage Ventures fails to deliver the reliability and expertise you would expect from a reputable property management company.

If I could leave 10 stars I would tony and cordial ( hope I’m spelling his name right) were amazing. They came and helped at my apartment last minute, they had amazing attitudes, it was the end of the day, so I’m sure they were ready to go home to their families but they both assured me it wasn’t a problem and I truly appreciate them, it’s so hard to come across maintenance men that actually do maintenance work especially in this particular complex(fairland crossing), I will be requesting them from now on, This is the first time I’ve ever felt like anyone cared in this neighborhood, I’m truly grateful, thank you guys 😂

I've had issues with this company since before I signed the lease. Would not recommend moving into a community managed by sage ventures.
Too expensive for what you get. They are understaffed and will rent you an unfinished unit just to get some extra money.
Warning about their property Midtown at Camp Springs!!!*** Read the reviews!! Choose Aspire or Allure instead if you like the Camp Springs area.
I signed a lease on the 6th after my original unit was unable to be occupied. And I still don't have a fully functioning apartment . The unit was dirty and wasn't ready to be leased. But they took my money of course. I'm still waiting in them to complete my bathroom. I've had to stay in a hotel twice and now I have to be gone another 24hours so they can reglaze this dirty bathroom they tried to stick me with. I can't even wash clothes because they have to fix the washing machine. And the kitchen faucet still needs to be replaced.
I was mislead about pricing. I've been on the phone everyday since moving in with complaints. And when someone from corporate finally called me today, the response was they don't compensate residents and if I'm unhappy I can break the lease and pay 2 months rent to do so. I thought at the very least I would be compensated for my hotel stay. I paid for an apartment and had to stay elsewhere. This has been a horrible experience.
I wished I would have knew all of this before I got into a lease with these people who are clearly just about money. They clearly don't care about the residents. I recommend you spend your money elsewhere.
