We have been in our home 15 months now and have enjoyed our home. All of the small little things that happen to the home that you expect to happen in a new house they will gladly take care of for you in your first year inspection to make sure it’s to the quality they sell you on.

Justin also has been a tremendous help through the process and after the process. Even after buying the house he is always responsive to any questions and goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied.

Sage Homes offers a quality build at affordable prices. I'm thrilled to have had a home built by Sage Homes. With the area growing and becoming less affordable, my family and I have really done our research and found that there are no other builders that offer high end items as part of their standard package for the price that fit our budget. In addition to this, Justin makes the process a lot less stressful with his professionalism and ability to understand the needs of the buyer. They have really done an amazing job and we're thankful for them making our dream of homeownership come true. This is a builder truly worth working with!

I was not able to buy a house for years, but Justine helps me! He is so professional! He knows everything including financial issues! I trust him and follow his advices. After 2 years, he gets me out of my deepest despair! My days of renting and moving end finally! I own the beautiful home now! My dogs love it!
BTW, the price is amazing for such a big house with high quality!

I love our new home! Just like any new home once you settle in you experience “new build mishaps”. Whenever I called the Builder they came out immediately to fix the issue. For it to be a townhouse our home is large and leaves everyone room to space out & enjoy our individual activities.

Our development is filled with wonderful neighbors. We all get along well and find ourselves standing outside having great conversations. We love it here!
