We just wanted an unfinished attic over our garage. Not so simple we found out. We had upwards of ten construction companies and structural engineers come out but no one could figure out a way to do it that didn’t cost a fortune and cause structural damage. Then we called Sage. Jeff came over and figured out a solution instantly and for a very reasonable price. The attic is fantastic and is easily one of our favorite reno jobs. Everyone at Sage was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable we have become repeat clients!

We have had very positive experiences with Sage. We originally hired them in 2015 to do a full house renovation. The work scope was extensive and touched every room in our house. The team did a great job not only executing our designer's plan - but contributed to the design along the way - including building a custom fireplace surround and built in's that gave our home that high end finished look. We enjoyed working with the Sage Team and were highly satisfied with the finished product. Flash forward to 2024 and we are preparing to move. Our buyer's house inspector pointed out ducting in the attic that needed to be rerouted through the roof to meet current code. We contacted Sage to get an estimate for a fix. Sage was very responsive. They stood behind their original work warranty and performed the fixes needed. These guys are top notch. Very customer focused and great to do business with. I highly recommend them!

Over many years, Sage Construction has done countless projects for us, everything from a major addition including existing renovations, to kitchen and bath renovations, front and back porch updates, and so many smaller projects. They’re always full of great ideas on how things should be done, as well as a professional manor. They leave the job tidy and are very respectful of our family privacy. By the end of a job we often feel like family and the kids miss them, and so does the dog!

We had a great meeting with Mark Rooney but waited for a couple of months for an estimate which he never sent. We followed up a couple of times and were told “delays” This does not seem very professional. Maybe Sage is too busy to add any clients. We are very serious about our house project so we’’re moving forward with another company that respects our business more. Sorry we don’t have a better review to report. We were really looking forward to working with them after hearing some good things.
