No central AC? Really? TruMark, this is a new level of low. You started doing this a couple of years ago in Irvine and figured "we can get away with it! People are so desperate for housing we can do whatever we want!" It's a miracle you ran electric wires and plumbing, thank you! You can't burn both ends of the candle — crazy home prices while cutting costs on construction finish, quality, and in this case, functionality. People need to stop buying homes like this and vote with their money, enough is enough with these cheap greedy builders.

We were interested in purchasing Lot 10, Plan 3 in Mission Viejo CA. On February 22 2023, we asked Kimberley-sales manager to confirm the purchase price in order to prepare the deposit check. At 7pm on February 23, we received an email from Kimberley formally announcing Phase 1B at Saddleback Place to the "Priority List Members" with the final purchase price ($20,000 over initially advertised). On Friday February 24th, we provided the deposit check around 2pm in the amount of $19,677 to hold Unit #10 for that day. They executed the Receipt for Deposit. All documents signed
Later, Kimberley called us to inform us that due to her mistake, there is another potential buyer that she was not aware was a "VIP" who she indicated that may be an employee of Trumark or have some other close tie to the business. Kimberley stated that she had thus offered the other buyer -- who had an appointment on Sunday to view the home, at a time after we placed deposit -- to view the property on Saturday and take our reservation.
We raised our concerns to the area sales manager Tracy Morrison but nothing was done.
Trumark Homes cannot be trusted and in my opinion provides the worst customer service.
