We hired them for an addition to our home a small kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Started the project in march and now is December and we still don’t have the permit. Called the city myself to see what was going on and they been waiting for a response from this company since October and they still haven’t replied.they avoid our calls and won’t reply to our text. Worse experience ever.

I hired them to do structural design. After more than a year and 3 city reviews, there are still lots of issues needed to be addressed. The design is a 2-story 3000 sqft residential building on a flat land. It is similar to new houses in the neighborhood. City reviewer told me that he never saw these many issues in one residential design in his career. They don't have the ability to do structural design.
