Saber Foundation is the best! I highly recommend this company for any foundation work, concrete work, or seismic retrofitting. We were on a budget, so finding someone who could provide both quality work and a fair price was a challenge—but Saber came through!

We live in a 1920s historic home that hadn’t been properly retrofitted for earthquakes, so we reached out to Saber. Of all the contractors we contacted, their quote was the most thorough and still within the same price range.

Communication was great from start to finish. They kept us informed through design, permitting, and scheduling. The only hiccup was a proposed change order for work they had already identified during the initial walkthrough. The rep had flagged the issue and even took photos, but it was left out of the quote. Thankfully, they resolved it quickly and honored the original scope without charging extra.

Overall, Saber was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them. As someone who also works in construction, my one suggestion: if there’s a potential scope item, include it upfront, even if the details aren’t final. It’s always easier for clients to plan around possible savings than unexpected costs.

I originally called Saber because I was concerned that a large section at the corner of my patio had cracked and seemed to be slowly sinking.

The Project Design Specialist stopped by to evaluate and determined they could assist. He also tapped around the patio with a large bar, showing me where the hollow sounds were, so I agreed to have the entire patio protected by filling the voids.

There was good communication, and the staff was responsive leading up to the job.

The team arrived yesterday at the time agreed upon, and they got to work right away. The team was professional and worked hard. I was impressed that they cleaned as they went and kept a clean work area. They hauled off their own trash and didn’t fill my trash cans.

As for my original concern. I was not impressed that the corner that was originally sunken down is now raised above the rest of the patio. The team ground down the trip edge between the pieces, but I still can't see water flowing up that gap and off that direction. There were 2 areas that had risen or lowered at large cracks. The team explained they could not lift the section by the stairs anymore without breaking it. To me, it looks exactly like it did before they came, but I was okay with that. If it won't move, it won't move. The corner that started out low and ended up high was disappointing. I asked about it but was told there was no going down once it was lifted up.

If I could go back in time with the knowledge I have now, I would have kept my $3,500.00 and lived with the cracks. On the other hand hopefully the reinforcement they did to the rest of the patio will save me troubles down the line. If that 1 corner had been level I think I would be very happy right now.

Just over 9 years ago my wife hired Saber to install piers under our home footings due to hill side sinking we were experiencing and then they added polylevel foam under the house to support what they lifted. We called them back under warranty due to our concrete foundation sinking, NOT the footing piers they installed. The piers were solidly in place still, we just needed the Polylevel repair. Brian with warranty repairs arrived within a few days to evaluate the companies prior work. He did his inspection and without haggling he told us they would honor their warranty almost 10 years later. Brian was great to work with, very friendly and professional through out the entire inspection. Christian with the polylevel division arrived a week later and quickly repaired the issues we reported with our foundation still under warranty. I reported other issues with my foundation, not Sabers responsibilities, and he said they could repair those issues at a reasonable price since they were already on site. I agreed to the bid and they completed all of the new work I requested to the highest of standards and all of my expectations. I know Its tough to fork out hard earned money to fix issues that were the original builders mistakes when they cut corners to save money, but just know you're in great hands with Saber Foundation repairs. They won't let you down and they'll leave you with a smile and piece of mind when the jobs complete. Most of all they honor their warranties when most companies forget about you once they leave the job site. Thank you Saber for the wonderful work.

Excellent experience with a poly pool deck repair. Sales representative was friendly and knowledgeable. Follow-up contact from office was good with scheduling and adjustment of schedule once I committed to project. Repair team was timely, and did an excellent job with service and explanation. Poly leveling was done along with NexusPro crack repair.

I’m doubtful of our drainage fix and was disappointed in the disconnect between the estimator and crew, as well as the lack of cleaning up. Angel said the purge coat could be applied behind the duct (another foot high) but Alex said no; no credit applied for that difference. The crawl space under our water heater was supposed to be sufficient height but Alex said they needed it removed, so we had no hot water for a week and had to pay for a new platform to be built after Saber was done. The crew didn’t seem to understand my concerns about a few aspects of the products when installing it. I wish there were more communication between the estimator and crew with me.
The construction was a mess with thick dust left all around the room, and broken glass on the floor from a broken light bulb. The crew worked hard, but I’ve never seen a construction team leave a job without attempting to clean the space after, even with a basic shop vac.
