We had an exceptional experience collaborating with Maxwell, Jameson, and Michaelyn. They were consistently informative and supportive throughout the entire process, from our initial tour of the model home to the present day. Their communication was outstanding, especially during the transitions from home design to closing. The craftsmanship of our house is remarkable, and we are truly enjoying our new home. I’ve lived here for four years and am ready to sell my property. The HOA seems to make up rules on the fly. They require us to keep trash cans in the garage with only one designated trash day per week, yet they insist that we park our cars either in the garage or on our property, which is challenging if you have more than two vehicles. Guest parking is very limited, with only six spots available. They recently contracted with a towing company that tows cars for no apparent reason. This towing company mandates payment through Zelle due to disputes over unfair charges. There are absolutely no accommodations for guests. We’ve been waiting two years for the community center to open. When I email the HOA, they selectively choose whether or not to respond. The HOA really needs better management and communication with homeowners, especially considering we are paying $100 a month in fees.

I had an impeccable experience with Jameson Ewing and Maxwell Miller. They both went above and beyond throughout my buying and building process.

Maxwell was my Sales Representative. He was incredibly straight forward and honest throughout the entire buying process. I truly felt like he wanted me to be in the right home for my needs and budget. I was truly confident taking his advice and recommendations in building and customizing the home. Having seen the final product, all of his advice was perfect.

Jameson was my build project manager. He did an amazing job describing every technical detail of the build process, utilities, and warranties. He kept me updated with pictures and videos along the entire building process. He showed me a build calendar so I knew the schedule for everything and managed to complete the home within 3 days of the projected date despite storms and winter weather! (For reference, most builders need a month grace period between the projected date and actual closing date.) He gave me great advice on how to maintain my home once the build was finished as well. After I moved in, Jameson assisted me in setting up and using my warranties.

Ryan Homes delivered as promised. My home looks and works great. Thanks to their closing cost assistance, I ended up with a higher quality, higher value home than I could have afforded otherwise, not to mention it's brand new! The community looks beautiful. There are two dog parks, (one for small dogs, one for bigger dogs), a pool, a small gym, and a children's play area. I highly recommend Ryan Home, and more specifically, I highly recommend working with Maxwell and Jameson!

Maxwell- My guy Max a milli! What a guy! My partner and I stumbled into his office one day after watching the development of cedar hill grow. From start to finish Max was full of charm, charisma, and personality. I am a big vibe person and Max matched our vibe. He made sure we were comfortable; he was very flexible and understanding. Max is a huge part of this community! Seeing him day to day he is almost like another neighbor. Anytime any day even AFTER closing, Max has been available to us, checking in and still available to answer any and all questions. He goes above & beyond and we truly don’t know what we would have done with him!

Michalynn- We appreciated Ms. Bacon so much, she’s another person who is flexible, personable, and understanding. She would answer our calls and questions even on her nonbusiness hours in order to meet deadlines. She walked us through everything in detail and with grace for the contract, numbers, programs, rates and never left our side even during underwriting or settlement process. She was the cherry on top of our sundae and saved the day for us numerous times.

Tony- what a guy! This is our first home, but I told Tony I am calling him directly to build my next home because he set the standard extremely high. Tony made us feel secure and safe with our home. He took the time to answer all of our questions in detail and with quickness.

UNFORTUNATELY, the NVR mortgage and underwriting process is another story! For our first home buying process they made it extremely stressful, and we even considered backing out a few times and going with another lender. But thankfully, due to Michaelynn & Max they calmed the storm and made it happen. But, there is absolutely room for improvement on NVRs end and the quality of service being provided to the consumers.

Little did we know then but a quick trip to Costco turned into a detour which eventually lead to us purchasing our first home!! 🏡 ✨

Maxwell- from our first interaction gave us so much confidence which in turn gave us the encouragement to move forward with the process. Maxwell was friendly, down to earth, very knowledgeable and highly responsive throughout the process from day one up until the day we closed on our home! His calm yet charismatic personality really eased a lot of my nerves - and he did so with soo much patience!!! I am so glad we had the opportunity to work with him , it really made all the difference!

Tyler- I love that he was very informative and gave us the insight to work on a few things to allow us to make home buying an option for us.

Jameson- Very friendly and knowledgeable. Communicated regularly with us throughout the process and gave us all the ins and outs of our home. Any issues/concerns brought up by myself or realtor were promptly resolved. We love our home!

UNFORTUNATELY the underwriting process with NVR settlement was not pleasant and initially took away from what was such a positive experience as a first time home buyer. By the grace of God things worked out in the end - but there are a lot of areas for improvement especially with regard to communication, transparency, and overall client experience.

The community gives a very tucked away resort feel that offers a lot of amenities! I really enjoy the walking trails and I am excited that they will be building a playground for small children!!!

Overall it was a rollercoaster of an experience- but thanks to our realtor Demetrius our sales associate Max we are happy to say it was all well worth the ride !!! ❤️

I love when new neighborhoods cater to more than just the home. There is a pool, dog park, sidewalks and a community center. I just wish the homes had larger driveways to accommodate more vehicles instead of apartments style parking.
