First of all I want to say my sales representative (Brittany) is amazing. I recently bough a home here and it is a beautiful home, but be advise that these homes come with an unfinished basement and what they fail to tell you is that when they build the homes they are built the quickest and easiest way for them to get the houses up. When it comes time to finish your basement you will run into all kinds of issues. You will end up coming out of pocket to have your electrical and plumbing work done all over again.You will find that the way it's built all of the electrical wires are put in where you can't hang the drywall to finish your basement because the wires and plumbing lines are all installed incorrectly. So basically you will have to spend more money to fix what they install incorrectly. I called in a warranty ticket for them to come out and fix it and they won't. I was told it was my house now and I will have to pay for a contractor to come out and fix it. The fact is I was in my house for less than 30 days and it's not fair to me to have to come out of pocket to fix there mistakes. I can't finish my basement until these issues are addressed. The warranty really means nothing because they give you hard time about coming out to fix things. Be careful when purchasing from Cambell crossing they have been taking me through hell since buying my home. The contractors that they are using to build these home are lazy, very rude, and pathetic. I posted some of the pictures of my basement. These are some of the issues not all that I ran into while trying to finish my basement. The work they did was just sloppy. I hope this post find you in time before purchasing. Feel free to ask me questions and I can explain in to detail about the pictures I posted.

I got my house in July, 2018. The loan processing was quick and easy. The sales representative, Chase in particular was very professional and amazing! I am running short of words to describe how he helped me materialized my dream. Ryan Homes was my partner in reaching my family's dream of owning a beautiful home. My wife and I just moved into our new home 2 weeks ago. Chase (sales rep at the model home) was amazing. He was very professional and knowledgeable about all things Ryan Homes. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. Chase was also very prompt and fast in email correspondence. Jordan (project manager) and Garrett (NVR/Ryan Homes loan officer) were also very professional and knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. Overall the entire experience from start to finish was amazing! If you are looking to buy a new home stop by Campbell Crossing and ask for Chase!!

Chase at the model home was great! He was very knowledgeable, professional and patient with the dozens of questions my husband and I had. He explained everything thoroughly and we are looking forward to closing! (Sept 2019)

Been in our home a little over a month and now we know why the homes were less expensive. I wish Ryan would have done basic upgrades. The tankless water system sucks. It literally takes 3-5 minutes for the water to get hot, even when you go back minutes later for hot water. The basement walk out door is 24 inches, which means you pretty much have to replace it w/ french doors if you plan on finishing your basement and have furniture delivered. Cheap folding doors and flooring, but at the listed price it's easier to replace everything yourself. I'm thankful my husband does home improvement. (Nov 2019)

Nothing less than 5 stars for this Ryan's homes community. From the sales side. Chase at the model home was so helpful in guiding us through the process. Making it effortless and easy to understand. To Jordan our project manager keeping us informed on the building process of our home. With us living out of state we still felt apart of everything that was going on. Our Loan officer Malcom did a fantastic job at helping us get to our best rates. All of these guys were amazing. Thank you for making this home building experience unforgettable.

The homes here are beautiful, they’re an amazing value for the price point and area. The project managers are exceptional & really take pride in their work. The sales team is very hands on, this is my first home & they made me feel so comfortable with the buying and home building process. I highly recommend this community!
