This is 252 Stallion. My girlfriend was naive enough to close on this home. She was a first time home buyer. She was told, if she does not close the home on a scheduled date, she would lose her rate and she fell for it. She closed on a home that came with lots of cosmetic defects. Which was totally her fault. I was on a business trip and did not have a chance for any inspection before closing.

Once you close the house you are on your own. They would not fix anything nor accept any responsibility.

They had a nerve to put, out of the box damaged fridge to our kitchen. They did not replace it.

Using a cheap material is one thing. But cheap labor, lousy installers are not acceptable.

Our supposedly brand new cabinets, that was damaged by the installers, even before we moved in. Whenever we complained, their only solution was to touch up paint.

No thank you! We will pass. Touch up paint is only to use if we damage anything in our home. If your installers damaged it, you should replace the cabinets.

If you have enough energy, time and money you can sue them. Other than that, stay away from Ryan Homes. Do your research! Save yourself the headache and money and go with a different builder.

My Family and I had an absolutely amazing experience purchasing our home here in Bel Aire with Ryan Home, The sale representative (Katie Kranking) was amazing and helped us so much with purchasing our home. If you have her you’d be very lucky. she was very nice and supportive and would always try her best to help us with anything!! So far we are enjoying it here, and are just appreciating everything. No a bad community however be prepared to spend some money installing a water softener there's HARD WATER we've only been in the house for 2 months I'm already seeing residue in my dryer if it's not taken care of it can ruin your appliances. So if you have not closed yet start doing your research

The staff there was amazing and helpful and was very prompt and answering any questions that we had. They also worked with our schedule to meet to sign important documents. We purchased a new townhome with Ryan's Builder (Belle Air Community) in Frederick. It was a great experience working with them. I would give a special thanks to Kelly (Ryan's Builder representative) who provided us each and every details about the home and kept us updated through out the process. Though entry of home may not be that convenient as there is hardly much space to stand (if more than 2 people are there) or to hang your jackets or putting shoe racks but still this Hometown in this area is worth buying because of its large scape and also you will find many shops/restaurants to shop around as its located in the Frederick downtown. Our overall experience is great and we are excited to move-in our new home soon.

Its an big step in our life to buy a home and the decision wasn't easy for us as its the first time. We searched for several month and finally got the one we really liked. As design, space and community wise this home in Belle Air was perferct to my family. During inquiry and buying process Kelly was very detail oriented in explaining things we didn't understand or would have missed if she didn't informed about. She was very helpful and made our journey smooth as possible. Also, i would like to thank Courtland for helping us with loan process and providing us with different options we can choose from. He was really patient with all our questions and gave us all the details we requested. My wife and I couldn’t be more excited to join the Belle Air Farms community in Frederick, MD. We toured 5 different models, and 3 different communities. Ultimately, the Schubert D was the floor plan we loved and our sales rep Katie Kranking is THE BEST. As first time home buyers, we felt we had a lot of questions and the experience can be overwhelming. Katie was so patient, and really took the time to decipher what our needs were, and what we were looking for in our first home. She really made us feel comfortable, and once we decided to purchase, she has continued to frequently communicate with us and ensure everything is running smoothly.

Our loan officer, Courtland Womble, is equally as awesome. There are so many financing options, and the numbers can confuse you if you don’t have experience. He has been super responsive to our questions, even if it’s 9pm at night! Now THAT is best in biz customer care! He has provided honest advice, and has been completely transparent through every step of the mortgage process. He’s clear, professional, and always willing to help.

We can’t forget Danielle, our loan processor who has been a delight to work with. Underwriting can be stressful, but her and Courtland make it a breeze. She’s been professional and does a great job of providing very clear instructions on every step of the process.

And then there is our Project Manager, Alex George, who is INCREDIBLE. He’s the man responsible for leading the way on building the very home we will be crafting our future in. He provides weekly pictures and updates of the progress, and is extremely kind. He’s highly knowledgeable, and is a very diligent hard worker.

We know we are lucky to have such a wonderful team guiding us through this process, and we couldn’t be any happier thus far.

Thank you to all our reps, and everyone at Ryan. We are super pumped to move in and meet our new neighbors. July 2023 can’t come soon enough!
