Dave went above and beyond to assist us in buying our first home. We were not in the state to physically look at the home, That did not stop Dave, he walked us through it multiple times(virtually), and even went as far as to create a video of the home so we could rewatch and make sure we were making the right decision. He made sure he took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns about the home and the process of buying a home.

Dave did not simply end his relationship with us after closing. He remains in contact with us, and is always willing to answer any questions we may have. He is overall an outstanding realtor and a wonderful person to interact with!

I feel the entire purchase of my new home was a very positive
experience. Dave Ruprecht helped me understand everything that
I needed to know to feel comfortable in this purchase. He is so
kind and so very friendly and helpful. He has great character, understanding and knowledge in the Real Estate Market. He showed he really cares about his career and showed his thanks
