Love our home! The process was easy from the beginning to the end. Clarissa and Denise in the business office were extremely professional, and helped us every step of the way. Once we were in and after heavy rains, the street needed some drainage repairs and Jim the site superintendent, took care of it right away. I highly recommend this builder in Lake Elsinore!

One day soon, I will have one of these floor plans with my family. Very spacious and open concept living room(s)/Dining room/ kitchen. Very well priced for what they have to offer. Did I mention a great view of Lake Elsinore pretty much from your back yard.

Nice floor plans for these homes when they're built but apparently the prices jumped almost 100k in the last couple of weeks from what my realtor informed me - they need to update their site and paperwork at the sales office to reflect this.
