Buyer (and Seller) Beware!
Stephanie Ebia was the listing agent to a condo we purchased and has acted unethically multiple times through the very end.

First, the agent walkthrough and disclosures failed to mention obvious and extremely visible issues (such as a huge section of water damaged ceiling, leaking auxilary condensation pipe, etc). Mind you, I'm not talking about what the seller submits, this was the walkthrough done by Stephanie Ebia to disclose any issues she saw.

Second, all repairs needed were agreed to specifically be done with a licensed contractor and confirmed to have been done only by licensed contractors yet when pushed into providing receipts, only 1 item was done with a licensed contractor and the major concerns were done without receipt by an unknown handyman. We had to go in with a professional to verify the structure was sound. Not to mention that it then turned out not all repairs were even bothered to have been done after having been confirmed by Stephanie Ebia to have been not only completed, but with a licensed contractor. Of course, we had the pleasure of finding this out the day before signing at the close of escrow with the final walkthrough.

Lastly, Stephanie Ebia confirmed to have in HER hand $1000 that were due to us, the buyers, by the seller on closing day. She confirmed she had the agreed upon funds that would be due at the end. Guess what? AFTER she knew the loan was funded and it was too late to pull out, she said they changed their minds. These funds were agreed upon over a week before closing and never were we told there were any problems.

Shame on you Stephanie Ebia! At the very least, you should have been up front and honest the whole way through, but I guess that's not your style. I hope that $1000 was worth it to you. What kind of agent tells their fellow agent they have it in their hand when we now both know you never did. You simply lied and cheated to get what you wanted.
