Working with Ryan and Theresa has been one of the best, most seamless experiences. I interviewed a number of realtors to sell our home and Ryan blew the competition out of the water by taking the time to deliver the RSTS marketing materials the day before our meeting, allowing my husband and I the opportunity to review and prepare questions. He then sat down with us for almost 2 hours going through all our questions and concerns. The paperwork was a breeze with their project manager, Lili, who was in constant communication and one of the most responsive individuals I’ve ever worked with. The icing on the cake was Theresa’s special awareness, design expertise, and attention to detail. Theresa came to our home and provided detailed feedback on every room of the house. How to prepare for pictures vs. in-person showings. The photographer came the next day and captured the most stunning photos I’ve ever seen. The entire experience has taken a very stressful situation and turned it into something enjoyable. I highly highly recommend RSTS group! Professional. Phenomenal communication. I had the pleasure of working with Austin, Lili, Becky, Ryan, and Theresa at various points in the transaction and each did an impeccable job with what I needed.

Becky was an excellent help and helped do a lot of heavy lifting as well as initial communication in the early stages of our working together. Ditto for Ryan.

They were very helpful assessing the condition of the property - which I had never been to - and recommending useful updates. They provided bids and helped coordinate all the comings and goings of contractors and ensured timely completion.

Theresa did an excellent job marketing the property and making a compelling offering.

When it came time to list the property and sell it, we received an offer at about 20k under the list price which I thought was reasonable to close at. Austin recommended meeting in the middle and provided a lot of value simply by negotiating that extra 10k. He made a compelling case to push for that and I trusted his opinion to make that counter - it worked out well and I appreciated him giving solid reasoning and, also, making the deal itself.

On the back end of the deal, Lili and Austin ensured a seamless closing and made an out of state closing very seamless and feel very light. I definitely appreciated that because of the time demands I had going on at the moment.

I highly recommend this group for your real estate needs. They surpassed my, admittedly, high expectations and I would recommend them without hesitation.
