Scams residents while getting huge kick-backs from the county. Charges a bogus front-foot benefit to condo owners and was taken to court for it, had to be sued to redo our windows, owns the basement of our condo and leaves it locked and rather than let residents use the basement for storage, threw away everything that was in there. Prefers just to leave it empty for 10 years. We still pay the taxes for this basement. Condo has become great nonetheless through the strength of the amazing residents.
