I have dealt with many a leasing companies because all 4 of my children have gone to college and we always had to lease a place for them to live while attending school. This leasing company is by fare the most efficient, honest and easiest to deal with not to mention very responsive. They were quick to respond and fix any issue we had and go above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied even if they had to work late to make it happen. Madelyn their office manager is by far the most professional and caring person I have even worked with in the 12 years of leasing apartments. I would highly recommend this company and it is a success because of the staff they hire. You can feel comfortable you are getting your money's worth here.

I'm normally not one to post negative reviews however I had a horrible experience. I lived in an RPH duplex my senior year of college. My old roommates and I are VERY disappointed in the way we were treated when moving out. We were held liable for putting holes in the wall for our decor when they told us before we moved in that we could free of charge. We were also charged a cleaning fee when we were specifically told that we weren't going to be. They also charged us in replacing our (non damaged) carpets when they said they were planning on doing it anyways. We were all very cautious through out the year to take care of this home. When we asked for a checklist or some guidance on somethings we could do to help they failed to provide any upon request. On top of this, we had decor in the house that the new renters asked to buy. RPH asked us to leave it. When we did we were charged again because they failed to tell us "they changed their mind." In total we were charged with OVER $1000 of "damages" that we were not at fault for. When we tried to address the situation we were told they would get back to us. We never once received a phone call. When we called, our calls were forwarded. These were only a few of the incidents. RPH LACKS INTEGRITY, COMMUNICATION, AND RESPECT.

I lived in one of their properties and really loved it. The location is perfect for students at UofA looking to live close to campus. The units are nice and modern.The property managers are super helpful and really easy to contact. We didn’t have a lot of maintenance issues but when we did the work orders were filled really fast. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live in Fayetteville!
