Very good experience with RLD..in fact i withdrawn my booked. plot..due to some personal reasons (i was in a situation to revert myself). With just a 1 phone calls with my CRM S*ya mam and aither call with MD they understand my situations and refund my money back.

I did see some reviews about refund., if u have a valid reasons for cancellations they ready to understand your concerns and support for refund. So

Do u really not received any response from us. You guys very Keen in one thing. You will never return the money to anyone for anything. You will find your own policies to take the money from customer.

It's waste of time to respond the people like u. We will assume that we have donated our 75000 to some orphanage.

Please compare the land rate with locals. And, think twice before paying advance to them. If you paid they will not refund you even single rupee. I paid 1 Lakh rupee as an advance to their Ayapakkam Project. Whereas, due to some personal reasons I was pushed to cancel my booking after a month. This RLD people have simply said they are forfeiting my entire 1 lakh rupee for blocking their land for a month. I made so many follow up and put so much of effort with them to get MY VERY OWN HARD EARNED MONEY. After one month of effort and follow up, they agreed to refund 25000. They simply took my 75000 for holding their plot for a month. Hope this will bring some awareness to someone who currently dealing ROYAL LAND DEVELOPERS.

Makkalea.. sea the way they reply. The worst people I have ever seen is them. I have informed them on March 7 itself. I have evidence for all the communication I made to u.

Even if I inform later. How could these people could take our hard earned money in just a sake of cancellation. Are u employed Nayanthara or Katrina Kaif in ur company to make a follow up. To charge this high amount. If ur company gives 75000 to make a single call alternate days. Ur company will be filled with applications for employement.

And yes, I accepted to receive 25000, if i didn’t accept it, your management would have eaten my entire 1 lakh rupees

According to me. Royal land developers is the bad nightmare I should forget.
