I had my properties rented over 25 years. The last 10 with Roy Briley. So when I went to sell he knew the renters and the property history. They were outdated and worn. He had his own remodel/repair team that quickly repaired the updated at a reasonable cost. This was able to list the properties quicker. I live in Tennessee and he handled everything and kept me informed on the progress. It was very, very easy to contact him.

Drew Jones helped my husband and I purchase a first home sight unseen from across the continent. We were driving from FL to Alaska, and he was very prompt in communicating with us. We knew it was a fixer-upper (we expected to paint and replace flooring due to smoke damage), but I don't feel like the videos sent to us accurately depicted the gravity of everything that we would have to do to make the place livable. Our family (including my pregnant self) camped on the garage floor for weeks because the smoke smell and cat hair-infested carpet (on a home listed as pet-free) were giving me allergy attacks until we could get it ripped out. There is no surface we have not had to replace. I'm not sure we would do a remote purchase again - I will ALWAYS do my OWN final walk-through with future housing at other duty stations. We love the neighborhood though! Unfortunately, the presence of an HOA was not told to us until closing day. We should have known about that BEFORE making an offer. We were also a little harassed to handle the paperwork for the purchase while without service in the boonies of Canada driving here. While tent camping with the bears and a toddler, we had bigger fish to fry and I'm not sorry about it to be perfectly honest. I give this group an "ehh."
