Having Rowena as an agent is like a stress free ride. You just wait and sit back because you know she will take care of you, work in your best interest, do the research and do everything in her power to make it a happy sale. Thats how I felt. She’s a stellar agent. She goes above and beyond, kept me updated all the time, she’s very knowledgeable and the advice she gives is just priceless. If I were to rate her, she would be an 11/10. Her expertise and knowledge of the market really helped me make informed decisions. She’s very reliable and consistent from start to finish. Rowena was with us every step of the way during an emotional estate sale of our parents condo. She walked us through the many to do tasks, educated us on existing real estate practices, was in contact with the condo office and was ready with names of contractors for getting ready to sell.
