Sam is the absolute best project manager I’ve ever worked with. From start to finish he has been there every step of the way. I had UPC insurance, and that has been an absolute nightmare. Took a year to get approval, absolutely bogus proposals from UPC and there subsidiary adjusters. Sam was calm and worked through the whole process from start to finish, and I know plenty of people who would have just said let me know when you get it figured out with the insurance. Then it took another 8+ months to get the second payout. Sam is well versed in roofing and insurance rules and regulations, and if you’re looking for a new roof, ROTI Project Management is who you want to call.

Sam and his employees were very quick to respond to my need for roof repairs. I had a tornado damage my home. Sam came after hours and tarped my roof so I would not have any water damage. We scheduled to replace my entire roof. As soon as the materials were available, he and his crew installed a new roof in a very timely manner. Upon finishing, they cleaned up and made sure there weren’t any roofing debris left behind. Their price was competitive and the service was excellent. I highly recommend them.

Sam Preteroti is THE example of what all contractors should be. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of his business and offers the full array of products and services. Unlike other contractors I have worked with in the past, he doesn't just offer what he wants you to buy, he offers and explains the benefits of each in complete detail. He will take as much time as you need to explain every aspect of the roofing process, the materials needed, the time needed, the insurance aspect if you were to take that route, etc. I am sure I'm leaving some things out but suffice it to say, he knows it all and shares as much as you need or care to hear. My husband and I needed some very detailed explanations, and he didn't blink an eye at the time it took. He was also available by text, and I always received a response within 24 hours. He worked within our timeframe and kept communications up every step of the way.

Now let's talk about the finished product. Our roof looks amazing and passed inspection on the first go around. Additionally, his employees did a fantastic job with cleanup. One was actually cleaning up the loose nails off of our driveway in the pouring rain (very sudden downpour when they were working). I told him we weren't moving our cars and to please get himself to dry cover and finish in the morning. That is dedication! Once his crew said they were done, Sam came back and inspected our property to be sure nothing was left behind or not cleaned up. There were some granules of debris left on our walkway that the wind would have taken away in a day or so that I didn't even notice, but Sam did and insisted on coming over to blow them off. I told him not to worry about and this was his response.

"No worries, we do our best to leave things better than we found them. It doesn't take much energy to do things the right way. The company mission statement is "Bringing Integrity Back to the Contractor!" A long time ago people could trust and rely on contractors. They didn't have to search around for someone. They just had 'their person" that they trusted and called for everything they needed. That is honestly who I want to be for my people. Any time you need anything in the future, call me. If I can't do it personally, I'll get you to the right person who can."

That was directly from the text he sent me when I said not to worry about the walkway. I'm just saying, it doesn't get ANY better than this, working with such a professional.

Also, through our conversation I found out he has other aspects to his business that I will be needing in the near future (interior and exterior house painting). You can absolutely be sure I will be calling him! I can't recommend him enough!
