I've been living in my new apartment with my family and couldn't be happier. The unit is modern, clean, and spacious with plenty of natural light. The building is quiet, well-maintained, and secure. Management has been responsive and helpful from day one, making the move-in process smooth and stress-free. The amenities are top-notch. Plus, the location is perfect with shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish new home!

My experience so far has been nothing but amazing. The community is very peaceful and pet friendly. I am so happy to call Rosewick apartments my home. The best part of my apartment is the walk in shower and the oversized kitchen island. Thank you to Mandy, Aliyah and Jenn for making the application/move in process easy and going above and beyond. 😊

I’ve been at this complex for a few months now and give all my thanks to Jen (property manger) and Mandy (assistant property manger). They are so great and very professional and welcoming. I’ve had the pleasure to work with both with the questions and concerns I’ve had. The entire staff is so great! Please come check these apartments out, they wont disappoint! 🙂

Tashina and Maggie are absolutely AMAZING!!! Maggie greeted me with a huge smile and a very welcoming energy! The Property Manager, Tashina, is THE BEST! She took personal care of me and my Mom through the entire process, and went above and beyond to ensure we were understood everything since this is a brand new community, and now…we will be apart of the new Rosewick community this coming October! Go check them out ASAP because I know they are filling up fast! I can’t wait to move in!
