Total scammers, be careful, they will quote you one price and then scam you with not providing the build. Also, wanted payment up front in full and argued with me the entire time. Very unprofessional and highly sketchy. Be careful

We had our retirement dream home built and so glad Ragon was the one that made our dreams possible. He and Laura made the process stress free so I could keep working out of state to the completion of the home. We were allowed to customize our home and Ragon listened to our needs and wants. The Craftsmen did a great job and we are very pleased with the home and lot. I would recommend this builder to anyone interested in building a home in the future. He and his staff are very accessible and made the process easy to understand. So happy with our home and so glad we chose Ronald Ragon Realty, Inc.!

Ragon made the home building process really fun! Working with him and his team on the ideas I had from start to finish was truly stress free. Ragon and his team did all the hard work while I got to do all the fun stuff, pick everything out, and make it my own. Ragon was really flexible on making modifications to his blueprint plan, which made it possible to turn my vision into a reality. Also Ragon is very knowledgeable and experienced about the entire homebuilding process and was able to answer every question I had. His frequent communication really gave me confidence that everything was going along as planned and I always felt like I was in the loop on the progress and decision making process. The quality of the home is extremely high and I'm very happy with the end result. Highly recommend Ragon and his team!

I am so lucky and blessed to be living in my forever dream home built by Ronald Ragon Realty!! Ragon and Tammy were amazing and made this a great experience from the first time I met them! He honored our (my) every request and we appreciate everything that was done to make house our forever home. Weather held us back a little but that was not their fault.

Best home building experience ever!! Ragon was very open to customizing the drawings of the home exactly how I wanted it. Bedroom walls were all pushed out two feet to adequately accommodate my furniture. Ceilings were raised from eight and nine feet to nine and ten feet per my request. Obtained a building loan which took about six weeks start to finish, and the day after it closed, the footings were dug and poured. Took four months from start to completion. Everything is perfect and I am very proud of my new home. I highly recommend RonaldRagonRealty to build your new home!!! Their slogan is Affordable Luxury - it is true!!

I have been very impressed with the new homes built by Ronald Ragon Realty. They built a new home for my daughter and son in law. The process was very easy and the home got built very quickly! Ronnie and Ragon were both very friendly and always stopped to speak with us anytime we stopped by to check on the progress of the new home being built.
