Working with Scott has been the easiest part of my whole project. I had no idea what was involved when building in a flood plane. With just one phone call to Scott, he knew exactly what was required by the JoCo Building Dept. He immediately sent me a proposal for his services and started the paperwork with the county. This civil engineering company located in Eagle Point, Oregon is far above other Southern Oregon civil engineering companies. We experienced a difficult environmental disturbance on our property. We called Scott Ferre for assistance to evaluate and mitigate the situation. Scott rearranged his schedules and responded without delay. He arrived on time and fully prepared to meet with us. He evaluated the situation, created an emergency plan, contacted and coordinated with third parties and certainly had the skills to implement a permanent solution. Scott’s communication and follow-up skills were impressive and reassuring. Scott went beyond the call of duty surpassing our expectations. In these times, Scott’s trustworthiness was refreshing. Scott was easy to work with and developed a client-service provider rapport immediately. After searching for weeks, we knew without a doubt that we contracted with the best!
