Working with Lance, Mike and everyone at Rockwell has been an incredible experience. Mike is such a good manager. He is so easy to work with, he’s professional and resourceful and such a hard worker. Mike works well with tenants and contractors and has taken such good care of my property. Rockwell is great at communication and their fees are competitive. The owner portal is easy to navigate and they keep impeccable records; making tax preparation smooth and easy. I highly recommend Rockwell for any and all property management needs!

I have rented from Rockwell Property Managment for over a year and it has been an amazing experience! It has been great working with Lance at the office as he helps with any lease questions and Kristy their fantastic maintenance manager, any time we have had any issues with the property they have been prompt at sending out amazing guys like Jesus to come and fix our issues. Jesus was fantastic at finding the issue and providing amazing consumer service while solving the problem!

After many years of self-management of our rentals, we took the leap to Rockwell five years ago and have been very satisfied. Mike stays on top of tenant and maintenance issues, always keeping us in the loop. On occasion I'll contact him to recommend something be addressed in a yard that I notice on a drive by, only to find that he has already taken care of it. From a property management perspective, I would absolutely hire Mike and the Rockwell team again. We've had them manage five of our houses and have had a fantastic experience every time. Absolutely horrific to deal with as tenants. Not going into too much detail because the owner really like to throw around the whole "but you signed the lease" card in the replies, but if you actually read the lease agreement it's got some really nasty stuff in it. Trying to end your lease early gets you treated like a criminal and they threaten to sic their "legal team" on you first and foremost.

Also their maintenance team sucks, 3 attempts to fix a leaking shower faucet and all have failed. The communal dryer vent plumbing keeps failing as well filling the stairway with gas dryer exhaust fumes.

The property owners are excellent people and get nothing but my respect, but Rockwell has been the worst management company I've ever dealt with
