Just wanted to take the time to leave a review for this property management company. My fiancé and I have been at the same house managed by Rock Point for 6 going on 7 years. That alone says a LOT when you’re thinking about the current renter’s market. Rent increases are inevitable, but I will say the few times our rent has increased it’s been very reasonable.

Paying rent has always been easy and same for requesting maintenance. Actually I want to shout out to these maintenance guys. LOL. Idk where they find them but they have all been SO NICE and so funny.

Thinking about the potential chance of having to move and deal w a new company (or our own maintenance) just stresses me out right now.

The property was decent and clean when I got the keys the appliances were out dated but everything but the stove worked great....When I needed maintenance they was on it ASAP!! I can truly say I had no problems..I would recommend

My rental experience with Rockpoint was not good. They never fixed anything. The house was very old and the windows rattled when the neighbors closed their car doors . The plumbing was horrible, water pressure very low. The master bedroom added on only has 1 outlet in the closet When I moved , I couldn't get my deposit back. I see now the house rent has been raised to $ 1875 a month. Trust me it's not worth it. 6213 Stockton Dr is not worth the rent

I was a tenant in one of there properties for over 3 years and after moving, the owner fabricated issues that were not there or existed prior to moving in. The owner convinced the property manager to keep $1600 deposit! I had carpets professionally cleaned, and paid a cleaning crew to detail clean. It was not perfect as 3 years with 3 kids caused some problems, but main issue was the cheap workmanship the owner paid for a “quick” surface level remodel! Phillip at Rock Point didn’t reach out to tell me anything until I inquired 45 days after moving out about my deposit. He said he was told the place was filthy and carpets were disgusting. Not true! Carpets were at least 10 years old when moving in! I was told he would review the situation and get back to me. Another 2 weeks went by and no word. I contacted again and was told they were keeping my entire deposit. 40 years at various places as a tenant and never once did I not receive the majority of my deposit back! Phillip blamed it on the owner but I rented from Rock Point! I tolerated issues without complaint for 3 years that affected plumbing, electrical and sewer drain line issues. Rent at your own risk! Very disappointed and I have never written a negative review for any business!

I have been a tenant for Rock Point coming up on 1 year. I have dealt with a couple of agencies in the past and they haven’t compared to the amount of quickness, promptness, and communication that Rock Point has shown me. Anytime that we have had an issue with a maintenance problem or anything related, we have been promptly contacted and the issue quickly resolved! They are willing to answer any questions you have and resolve any issues as soon as possible. I have enjoyed my time with them and I look forward to more!

Update 2/1/24: I have been in this rental about 7 years now. 4+ of those years under Rock Point. They continue to be a solid rental company and react to any issues super fast. Thankful for a continued good experience with them.

I moved into my current rental house about 4 years ago. Have had to deal with other rental management companies that were horrible! Rock Pointe took over almost a year ago. Wanda is quick to respond to any questions I have. Phillip responded to a after hours emergency I had and got me the help I needed ASAP. Mike (the maintenance guy) is quick to respond, professional, and just a really nice guy. I have never met the owner of this home but choosing Rock Pointe to manage the property was the best choice he has made. I hope to be able to buy my own home sooner than later but until then.....I am sticking with Rock Pointe!

This company is patronizing, argumentative, does not pay attention to detail, does not know the market, is not transparent and seems to be operating in 1970. They did not follow my instruction. Tried to charge too much for the townhome I own, didn’t keep up with maintenance during showings and were incredibly rude to me. After the Property sitting for over two months with them arguing with me instead of taking better pics I switched Property managers. The property rented in 4 days.

Rock Point has been fantastic to work with. Conversations with them from an owner’s standpoint are very professional and friendly. I am confident they treat the tenants just as well. I highly recommend Rock Point if you are looking for a property manager.
