Incorrectly installed RV stand panel and never corrected. Waited three weeks for them to return and correct panel installation and finish electrical work. Do not recommend as they do not follow up. They charge and expect immediate pay each day and even though they were paid on time still did not follow up.

The guys have it together! We had moved into a 1960s house about 3 weeks ago, that had been vacant for several months. As soon as we started to use any water, we started to have a sewer gas odor in the house, especially in the basement. Unfortunately, the original owner had not installed a clean-out tap for the main septic line leaving the house. Once Roberts had installed the cleanout, they then were able to run a smoke test of all of the drains in the house, uncovering several leaks. Once they fixed those leaks, mostly around toilets, we had no more odor. For the time they spent, I felt the charges were very reasonable. They seem to be knowledgeable and efficient. We are completely satisfied with the work done and are having them do all of our remodeling work when they can schedule it. Not being from the area, we did not know anyone in the plumbing business and are very happy to have been referred to Roberts Plumbing.

We had a bad leak that started overnight resulting in us having to turn off our water. I called Roberts' Plumbing at 7:05. By 7:30 I received a call saying they were on the way. When they arrived they not only fixed my leak but fixed another issue I had. They also gave me estimates on 2 other jobs I needed done. They were fast, friendly, and did excellent work. I will definitely be calling them again.

They do great work but this go around was not a pleasant one. Let me be very clear this place does great work and they have worked on all my properties but this past month has been a wild ride. After being told that it was scheduled and then it being moved without being told then guys being sent out to try and get it done only to show up at 2:20ish to start work and being told they are not going to start it bc they are off at 3pm and they couldn't get the job done in time when it was scheduled for that day anyways. And then the appointment that got moved to friday got canceled because they came out and looked at it........400.00 in supplies still just sitting around and a house I can't finish because the plumbing isn't done and money lost. Very disappointed this time.

The best in the business! We had a plumbing emergency and they got to us first thing. Their work, response time and professionalism is absolutely outstanding. I can't thank them enough and I will not hesitate to use them in the future. They also didn't overcharge as so many others do!
