Sometimes word of mouth is the best advertising. And this is how I learned of this extraordinary realtor, Robert Pace. He is truly gifted in all the ways necessary to be successful in a very competitive industry. I knew after our first meeting that he was the one. He immediately recognized the challenges facing our situation and he provided a clear path to remedy our dilemma.
He and his "Ready to go contractors" helped us get the property in marketable condition in a timely manner. Robert is extremely organized and efficient. If you ask him to do something he gets it done quickly. I often thought, "Gee.... I must be his only customer," but I knew better. I have never had such a pleasant experience in working with a realtor. He is a patient and compassionate person. He knows that a lay person is not familiar with all the complexities of a real estate transaction, so he takes the time to explain it. During the entire process he kept me informed of what was happening and what was to come. Robert, with his superb people skills, and knowledge of the local and broader market made a difficult process seem easy. But professionals always make it look easy. The final outcome of the sale of our beloved family home was waaay beyond all of our expectations. We will be forever grateful to Mr. Robert Pace and his staff. If you are buying or selling a property, make it easy on yourself, and call him. If there is such a thing.... he belongs in the Realtor's Hall of Fame. In fact, I am thinking of starting a collect to raise money to put him on the next Elon Musk Space X rocket to Mars. Eventually, we are going to need a superior realtor up there. My partner and I were first time home buyers and had very little knowledge about the home buying process. Over the last few years, we have actually had the privilege to work with Robert and his other clients as we own a home service business. We were always extremely impressed with his professionalism, responsiveness, and how organized he was. As outsiders, we also saw how much he really cared about his clients.

Robert helped us closely review inspection reports and disclosures and ended up catching a HUGE red flag on the home - something we completely overlooked and something that would have cost us around $30k in immediate repair work had we decided to put an offer in and it had been accepted.

After that experience, we continued the house hunt. It never felt like he was trying to rush the process or push us to spend more. Amazingly, several months later, we ended up finding our dream home that checked off literally everything on our home buying wish list. Robert came in with a strategy and well structured offer and got our VERY FIRST offer accepted. Not only did we get the home for under listing, we also beat out 2 other offers that were over asking - which was absolutely crazy.

Once our offer was accepted, Robert handled everything like the pro real estate agent that he is. He organized and scheduled all of the inspections and wrapped up all the final closing things to get everything to the finish line. He was just so on top of literally every single detail. I can't even emphasize this enough. Seriously, every detail. Nothing got by him.

There's nothing like having the right team beside you when it comes down to buying a home. Robert went so far above and beyond for us. We can not recommend him enough if you are looking to buy a home in the East Bay, CA. Thank you for all your help and hard work, Robert!
