I wouldn't trust any other Realtor to handle our real estate needs. I've said this since our first purchase in 2001.

Our first experience using Rob as a buyer was him demonstrating what he believed would suit our needs for the long term. He showed us houses that looked good but weren't built well. He finally showed us a house that he believed would serve our needs--and guess what--we're still in that house 20 years later.

Since then we and other family members have used Rob's services for other properties and highly recommend. He put together a nice team approach with Brandie so nothing gets missed. They function well together and you can't go wrong with using them for buying or selling.

Urban Acres is awesome and Rob and Brandie were amazing to work with. I cannot believe buying a house was such an easy and enjoyable process-- friends and relatives had warned how difficult and unpleasant a process this had been for them. Given this was my first time buy a home, there was a lot of uncertainty and anxiety in starting this process, but Rob and Brandie took time to not only break down the process and answer all my questions (I had so many), but help me identify and discuss the things I hadn't even started to think about.

Rob helped us find a perfect house within a month; as odd as it is, I was genuinely sad that I'd be seeing less of him as a result of finding something so quickly. The home buying itself was explained in detail, walking through each step (offering, counter offers, remedy requests, inspections, etc) and Rob and Brandie received my many, many questions with patience and kindness. I was impressed with their connections within the industry, able to find solutions and referrals when needed, and simply offering tips and advice (when to start new services/utilities, what to look for, efficient heating systems vs non, etc).

I feel like I've found a community and resource with Urban Acres I can go back to even now that we've found a beautiful home and could not be more grateful.
