Staying here for 3 days. Most of the day shift front desk staff is rude. Everyone acts as if you’re bothering them. I wanted a microwave ( here for work and getting back late hours)… they brought it and put it in front of the coffee make. It’s heavy… I called to have them put it on top so I could get to my coffee and cream for my coffee…. 2.5 hours and 2 calls later… I have neither…. The facilities are great and so is the evening staff… so I had to try and lift it myself… it fell..

But don’t expect nice, courteous or prompt service during the day
