Getting an in-person look at a house we saw listed for sale online, seemed like a good excuse to take a day trip to Borrego Springs. David, from Road Runner Realty, met us at the property. We had not planned to buy, but we really liked what we saw. Not having planned ahead, we had lots of questions about living in Borrego Springs, maintaining a property in the desert and purchasing a home in a relatively remote, small town. Being a full-time resident and full-time realtor in Borrego Springs, David was able to answer all of our questions. We made an offer and David went to work.

As it turned out, the sellers didn’t expect their vacation home to sell just days after it was listed. They didn’t live close by and they really weren’t prepared to sell so quickly. The sellers seemed inclined to drag their feet for their own reasons, but David & Patty diplomatically kept the deal steadily moving forward, which couldn’t have happened without Road Runner Realty’s well-established relationships with all of the service providers needed to complete a real estate transaction in Borrego Springs.

From beginning to end, our whole experience with Road Runner Reality was top notch. Based on our experience with David and Patty, I can’t think of any reason why anyone would consider using any other realtors in Borrego Springs. I highly recommend them.
