RTA is responsable to provide to the users a clean, and safety bus... the buses are dirty, smell bad, dirty floor, the cushion seat are brown (color is blue... sorry it was).

As users, we are paying the fee, and the service is provided with our taxes. But the service that we get is ride on dirty and bad odors buses.

RTA doesn't provide a safety and clean buses, and it doesn't provide cleaning material for users to be able to clean the seats.

RTA provides rides to homeless people (some pays, and others don't). We know and understand they need the service as us. Generally, they smell so bad (pee, poop, death animal). But traveling with all these bad odors inside the bus without any ventilation is a CRIME.

I invite the supervisors, managers and dispatchers travel one hour on a bus with these situation to understand us.

Something must to change soon as possible in short time.

Had the longest 15 min. Ride today that turned into two hours to go 2 miles. Didnt help that other riders were cranky and complaining. If i have cash this is the best ride.

CNG pump works sometimes but not all the time due to poor maintenance which could also be an inconvenience being the only CNG pump in the middle of nowhere town.

The app not even accurate, plus customer service only know how to say "I'm sorry, but..." I'm a frequently paying customer it doesn't matter about the sorrys or what you can't or won't do. It's about the what are you willing to do for me since I pay for your services and for you to have a job. So since I'm giving you a job you could at least do it and figure out a route orote information for me or at least have information ready to share with all riders. Tired of the inconsientcey with the buses and employees. You have a job I have a job so how about we both do them

Well dial a ride is a great service but like everything else it has its pros and cons overall most of the drivers are fantastic kind people even though they have to put up with some nasty riders so 5 stars from me for being a great service to the disabled and elderly

Do not deserve a star.. the star to push is the only way to live a experience.... people cleaning there feet driver's don't say nothing...they thay still ues the bus to harm....
