Our Company has had our main office located at the RiverPark complex in South Jordan for about 7 years now, and we have been in two separate buildings during those years. We have always loved the area, office setups, and management team. We definitely shopped around for office locations before moving to RiverPark, and the price/quality beat out everywhere we looked. The office spaces are very modern, spacious, secure, and most importantly professional. The complex is always updating, and always kept in amazing condition. Our office & building is always clean, and very well kept in regards to the outside landscaping. The management team is great and always willing to help you or work with you when something is needed. Within a 1 mile radius of the offices there is roughly 30 different food options about 10 of which are in the RiverPark Center. All in all, I would recommend anyone looking for an office space to make RiverPark one of your stops while shopping around. In the Salt Lake valley it can be difficult to find office buildings you can lease that are new/modern and at a low price.

We have had an office for over a year here and have been impressed by how great the service is. The receptionists are amazing, making sure our clients coming in are well taken care of. We have high standards for client services and the ladies at the front are a natural extension of that for us.

The common area décor is superb! Definitely high end and an extension of what we want to project.

Great business park with very responsive property management staff. Always treated in the most professional manner. Easy to access support staff on site and issues are resolved quickly. As a tenant we are invited annually to participate in various activities. They host movie day, lunches and a golf tournament. Personable employees who really care. My only complaint is over the last while there is SO MUCH construction and the access to our area is extremely congested. Certainly not the fault of RiverPark!

Our company has been located at RiverPark for about 7 years and my experience has been first class. From the friendly management team, the kind maintenance staff, to the clean facilities, plenty of parking, close restaurants, easy access to the Freeway. It's a no brainer to stay here!
They also treat tenants like family providing, lunches, movies and golf tournaments. I would recommend RiverPark to anyone without question.

Our company has been in River Park for over 6 years. We have enjoyed being in this office park. The buildings and landscaping are beautiful and are kept up. The office park has several dining facilities from fast food to set down restaurants. The River Park management has always been responsive to our needs. I would recommend this office park.

Probably the worst place you could choose to have a lease.
First I will list the various issues with the actual facilities and then with the management.
First reason to hate working here: The elevators are probably the slowest that you can find in America and if there is anyone getting off it might take 5 minutes to go from floors 1-4, which might not seem like much, but if you take over 1,000 employees, 5 days a week, 52 weeks a year. That is a large sum of time.
Second reason to hate working here, the bathrooms unfortunately are very small, with only one stall for men and two for women, with over 100 people working on each floor. The only good bathrooms are on the bottom floor with the RiverPark Corporate office.
Third reason to hate working here is the furnace during the winter time went out for a whole week and couldn't be fixed apparently because they had to "special order" a part from Japan and it took a week. Meanwhile, work was cancelled and for those who had to stay it was a miserable week with below freezing office temps. I worked at my desk in a parka.
Fourth reason to hate working here, the office spaces aren't the cleanest and the cleaning crews tend to take anything that they don't think will be reported stolen. And if you happen to report it, nothings happens.

The management are probably the worst I have ever dealt with. Examples include - Passing extra fines (not in the contract) into the rent that is to be paid (ridiculous - early morning light fee) Which ended up not even being something that we actually did. They also tried to add other fines as well for other misnomers.
When it comes to fixing anything you probably couldn't find a more careless and incompetent staff. Something as fixing the water fountain (which was leaking), was completely ignored and couldn't be set in writing and the front desk, just stared blankly and replied "why is that my concern?". I made several requests of the water on the floor and got no where for a month, finally my manager went down and they sent someone the next week, but the staff couldn't even fix it after working on it for 5 hours. Instead they just shut it off and had it not working for 5 hours, including the bathrooms (on the same water line). In the end they just turned it back on and let it leak again.
We have had lights go out without replacement for months, no responses on not working key cards, I could make this list into a book. Basically anything you might need, you can't get.
In Summary - This location is not worth your time, attention, or money and it would be cheaper to buy your own building than to rent here with all the extra fees and contract duration.

Our experience at RiverPark has been really positive. The property is in a great location, well maintained and the management team has been really great. Requests are addressed quick and communication with us has been very good. Great place to have an office.

RiverPark Corporate Center has the perfect location for their tenant's employees coming from both Salt Lake and Utah Counties. It's a beautiful setting, easily accessible by two freeway exits and public transportation, and it has a nice variety of amenities within walking distance.
