Chris the supervisor was also very helpful and knowledgeable and made sure everything was in perfect order for the final walk through. Jackson was there on one occasion and went beyond to help us and make sure we did not need anything. The homes are well built, and the interior design just wants to make you call it home. It was a truly pleasurable experience.

This is NOT the first home we have purchased and - by far - this was an exceptional buying experience. From start to finish, Tia Griffin led us seamlessly through the process from documents, walk through / punch list, and closing with clear and cordial communication and prompt responses. She even sent us in our way with a three-ring binder of information on the house, appliances, utilities and more (ALL home builders should copy this; see photo!). We were equally impressed with construction manager Chris who was pickier in the initial walk through than we were, and completed all the items in a very timely manner with excellence.
As far as construction, we were impressed with the attention to detail and designer touches you would typically (hope to) find in a higher end home such as crown molding, trendy hardware, finished and painted garage. Our confidence that this is a well-built home was boosted further by a peek in the attic where we found the duct work appropriately suspended (no one does that although it is the right way to do it.)
We expect this is a community that will hold its value and positively impact Cleveland.
