Had a 09' Girls, State Cup soccer games at the complex in River Islands. The fields were decent to OK more or less. Weird carpet like yellow grass as pictured. Good parking and the plus was we didn't have to pay. Don't go by GPS directions as they are wrong.

Absolutely beautiful, quiet community. Nice walking trail along the San Joaquin river. New baseball stadium being built along with new soccer fields. Great schools! Love going to the Boathouse for fire oven cooked pizza, hanging out with friends on the lake while watching the kids play at the park, in the bocce ball courts or the volleyball court.

A place to recharge, relax, explore, and simply call it home. Simplicity and abundance away from today's urban jungles. Great schools for your youngsters. A place to grow your family and just bloom in nature and outdoors. Beautiful parks, scenery is enchanting and just great vibes all year around. Can't wait to welcome what's being developed and coming up next.

Absolutely amazing place with amazing views great parks and fantastic amenities. I periodically visit to to see if there is anything new since it is one of the newer neighborhoods, I know this sounds like an ad. But this place truly is amazing and I highly recommend everything about because this is going to become its own city with its own shopping center coming in the near future

Beautiful community! From a Bay Area standpoint the prices are good by Valley standards very high. Quality builders, large homes. Only con is how close the homes are built to eachother. No privacy and congestion.

Their hours say until 5pm everywhere you look. Drove there with our15 month old because my husband was finally home on time for us to check it out. We arrived to the welcome Center right around 4:15pm, and it had a sign on the door saying they were closed for a meeting and to take a map with the different builders and had a legend on there. However, its hard to tell where you’re at on the map (especially when you’re trying to hurry since they were close to closing) and it doesn’t have street names on there, maybe two main roads and that’s it. The signs on the streets have arrows on one side so you have to drive a full circle if you miss it, and of course, the one builder we wanted to check out was no where on the signs. We decided to just go to the nearest model homes since we made the effort to come out with the baby, and no one was in the model home office and all three models were locked. Total waste of an hour when we made so much effort to try and be there on time. Also, the couple builders office phones we called, no one answered. Just comes off a bit unprofessional and inconsiderate to me.
