BEWARE BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE Rimrock construction is 1 of the worst companies I have ever worked for. Their job ethics are horrible. They belittle and talk down to women. They Lie about verbal conversations you've had with them, so I suggest you get everything in writing when working with them. I have not worked with them since June 2024 and I still have not received my final pay and it is now 2025 BEWARE BEWARE

Subs beware. High turn over here. Make sure you are on top of your billing and do not let them get behind or else they will stick you with the contracted amount.

Not impressed with this contractor or their policies in place. We were emailed stating we would be awarded a project in the near future. We reached back out and were told they had awarded this project to another sub. We were never made aware of this or given an explanation until we reached back out. Really unethical to use our number and then shop for a lower number after award. We had worked with these guys in the past and had our doubts as other contractors had expressed their issues to us, but we decided to give them a second chance. Our team now has no desire to work with these guys and wished we would have listened to the other disgruntled contractors. There are plenty of ethical contractors to work for that actually value your time spent during bidding. Save your time and bid with someone who values yours. Not to mention they average far beyond industry standard to pay.

They are slow to respond in urgent situations, which is affecting people and families. They are continuing with their other projects and ignoring the reconstruction of a local business.
