Had an exceptional experience with the sales manager Jim when going to the beautiful neighborhood at Ridleys Reserve. They have great incentives compared to buying existing homes in the area. Jim is professional but personable and dedicates each moment to making sure all your questions are answered. He made us feel completely at home. Mike the contracting manger was also very helpful and knows everything about the homes. These guys go above and beyond and make sure they are able to help in whatever way they can. I worked with Jim Spurrier to purchase my home and he was very helpful. I didn’t like the original lot I looked at and Jim suggested another lot that was perfect for me and my family. I had been back and forth about choosing a new place to call home. I found Ridgley’s Reserve in Joppa and fell in love with the townhomes, the community plan and convenience to 95. Jim Spurrier of DR Horton was extremely helpful and patient with me. My moving plan took months longer than anticipated but Jim always greeted me with a smile and provided the information O needed to comfortably progress from browsing to closing.
