I could not ask for a better apartment, management, staff, amenities, property, cost, move in cost, ease of application, move in and service. My apartment is exquisite, immaculate and up to date. Facilities management responds right away and communicates promptly. Management and support staff are even faster to reply and find the solutions I've needed. There is so much here for me and my kids. My neighbors are friendly and fun. I am so happy I found Ridgeline.

Current resident of 1+ years so far, and going strong! I absolutely love it here. Kyla was the one who helped me into my studio, and she's amazing. So friendly and professional. Sabrina can come off as cold compared to Kyla, but she's great too, and has helped me when I needed it. The maintenance guys are also so friendly!

The staff will occasionally throw events and give away treats for certain holidays and etc. at the clubhouse and they've been a blast so far. Recently they had one for Valentines day; and it was great. They even let us take treats home!

Amenities are a big bonus, in my opinion. A gym, pool/hottub, pickleball, bbq, etc. The list goes on. OH. AND. A. THEATRE ROOM. They even have an Amazon locker!

I really appreciate how they communicate via texts with notices or upcoming events. It's been pretty convenient so far.

For parking, I primarily park in my garage, but even late at night I usually see a few spots available. Never had a problem with parking when I do park in the lot, especially since (at the moment) they allow you to park along the curbs. It could depend on the building you're in, but this also has been my experience.

Only negative experience I've had so far was with Alberto. I think he's the property manager? I'm not sure, but he hit my housemate's car with his truck and trailer attachment after pulling out of a parking spot and "didn't notice" and was pretty unreasonable to deal with with the whole situation. Eventually it was settled. Seems like a nice guy on the surface, but that left a bad taste in our mouths. Not a fan.

In conclusion, this place is great and I'm giving it 5/5 stars. Not only do I feel like a resident, I feel like I'm a part of a community. And I hope anyone reading this does too when you move in!

The office staff at the Ridgeline have been super helpful and responsive. They always go the extra mile to jump in and help if a problem arises. The building maintenance workers are also so kind, always saying hi and quickly responding if there is an issue.
Pros: Great location, great communication, super responsive staff and building maintenance. Great pricing as well.
Cons: Amenities often have issues and are often not working, such as the elevator and treadmills.
Overall I would definitely recommend living here!

I just want to shout out to Sabrina for helping us. Sometimes it just “clicks” with people and the way their personalities are and a connection is made. She went above and beyond! It’s so refreshing to meet with a “real” professional that knows how important it is for those looking for a new home. Thank you again Sabrina for taking the time with us! The property is beautiful and feels like we are home! Check this place out. Be sure to ask for Sabrina!
