I found Richard online, and found his website for listings homes he had for sale. Let me say I am a 57 year old man that has purchased many big items in my life. When you want to deal with someone that is not pushy and on one ring on the phone will be available for you in anyway. My wife and I are truly blessed in meeting Richard & Silvia. I found Richard online, and found his website for listings. I was in Oregon so he made the process easy with all the latest information and technology out there.
I picked out 5-6 houses to preview with him and his knowledge of all the viewed properties was amazing to me, the first few were ok “but” not quite what I expected, with his vast knowledge of the area he quickly said I have one more for you to look at, it was a 3/2 and had over an acre and basically all the things I wanted.
The next steps were simple approval process, with the help of his expert staff, they found me the perfect loan to fix my needs, next the closing, title, and here are your keys sir.
Richard went way beyond my expectations with his dealing with me from afar, he was always in touch and kept me updated every step of the way.
I’m a disabled Veteran and I would highly recommend Richard and his great team, to buy your next home or in our case first home.
