They paved the road I live on and repeatedly drove their equipment through my front yard, up to my house and stole water using the hose attached to my spigot. They did not ask permission. (They waited until I left home.) I have videos of it all. They showed absolutely no respect to me or my property.

This is the second driveway that Richard Cooper has done for us, and they do a phenomenal job. They take great pride in their work, and the end result is amazing. If you are looking for any kind of asphalt work, choose these folks! They're the best in the business.

Can not get them to come back to seal driveway as promised. Many excuses but main excuse was it needs to be dry. Hasn't rained here in 2 weeks. After calling several times they came to prep for sealing. Now many more phone calls and not sealed yet. They were hired to do driveway and seal in January 2020. It is now mid August 2020. If they come back and make things right I will be willing to change my review.

Update: still haven't heard from these guys. April 6th 2021

Update:October 2021. No seal. Driveway looks terrible. Maybe ALDOT can fix my potholes next time they're in this area paving. Gravel coming through, grass everywhere, cracks. 10k for an eye sore. Neighbors used another company 6 years ago. (He doesn't remember who unfortunately, guy named Oni) His Driveway looks great.

Update: 7/3/23. 3yrs and driveway washing away now. Potholes. Friends ask me all the time who did my driveway, so they know who NOT to call. No charge for the free advertising. I tell everyone. If you decide to use these guys anyway, please tell them about this review!!

Update: 6/10/24. Less than 5yrs and driveway looks like the roads in Haiti. No, never mind, I can't even call it a "road"
If you still use these guys after reading this, then you're unable to listen to reason. They suck and lie.

These guys did a BEAUTIFUL job for a very reasonable price, and during the winter. BUT when Spring came, and I needed to push my lawn mower through the gate, I found that the asphalt was poured over the bottom of the gate, providing a 1/2 inch asphalt barrier at the bottom of the gate. Worked on it with a screwdriver and hammer for an hour or so, and barely made a dent in the asphalt, and not nearly enough to open the gate. Trying to get them to call me.

Quality company that will do the job right the first time. About to price paving my drive which is around 2400 feet long. Cooper Paving will be the first number I call

I can’t recommend. They damaged my barn while installing the asphalt and they told me they would fix it but they didn’t.
