We recently bought a home. They would not send someone over for less than $250 for a bid. There’s no way I’m moving forward with a bid that costs $250.. I get that your time is valuable but charge a fair price for a bid. Definitely going somewhere else.

We got our crawlspace encapsulated and now a couple years later find out we have high radon levels. The radon company does a typical 10 ml sheet for about $900. We spent about $5,000 and got 22 ml from rhino foundation, which we thought was standard. Apparently 22 ml is only for very wet or industrial settings, which we had a dry crawlspace. We were never given options about pricing and trusted their judgement. It now feels like they took advantage of us as new home owners to upsell us.

I called many companies and contractors about my patio concrete to be lifted, Rhino Foundation Systems were the most professional and the most responsive one. They were the first to send someone to check my patio and give me an estimate. Today Russel showed up right on time and did all the lifting and filled all the voids that my patio and walkway needed. I'm so glad we decided to hire someone to protect our basement from water! We had to dry up our floors and remove our carpet a few times, and finally had enough. Rhino Foundation Systems did great work and it was rough work. Carrying all their supplies down into our basement, up and down the stairs, and taking 2-3 days to get it done well. They worked together with Blair from Utah Basement Systems and installed a system that has addressed the specific problem in the basement of our 1941 home. We did some of the demo ourselves, and it made me appreciate when they came in and did the more detailed stuff. As you can see from the pictures, it was a pretty extensive job, with putting pipes around the inside of the basement floors, wall coverings to help direct the water into them, updating our sump pits, and then gravel and concrete on top of the pipes. Battery back up for the sump pump brings a sense of security. I wish I'd taken some better before/after pictures, but I looked over everything after they were done and am very happy with the quality of their work.

We have a consistently high water table and water seeping through the concrete of our home. Joel, Brendan, Troy, Shaylee, Lewis and their whole crew were excellent to work with. Very detail oriented and they did a great job of explaining the problems we were encountering. We are so looking forward to never thinking about that dang window well water and a wet basement again.
