Patio Kings absolutely delivered!

We couldn't be happier with our car port constructed by Patio Kings! Our installation
team, Josh M, Sigmen and Eric were completely professional, wonderfully skilled, and paid attention to the little details. The compliments are coming in from the neighbors and we have assuredly upgraded the neighborhood! Highly recommend Patio Kings and will use them again should a need arise.

Contacted company regarding leaking patio roof and no follow up response to issue since last year of April 2023. Still awaiting to hear back and it is already April of 2024. Seems like the rain gutter is sagging in the middle of the patio where the two joints meet and water is pooling there and possibly leaking through the seams as illustrated in the photo. Poor design concept. Really disappointed with customer service and quality of product especially for what we have paid for. Real nice when they want you to purchase their product, but will not follow through when issue arises with their work craftsmanship and product quality.

RFMC did an outstanding job on tearing down our old patio and installing the new one. They even assembled and installed the fans at no extra charge. The 2 man crew worked hard and were very courteous. Initially, they told us it would take a couple of days to install but were able to finish in one day. We highly recommend them!!~ 🙂
