I first want to start off with mentioning that it was wonderful working with Mike. It was unfortunate of his passing, which changed things at this company. I had put a deposit down for this company’s services but was unable to obtain permits to build. Mike was great, offering me a partial refund…but then passed before I could receive it. I understand in a situation like this the company would be in a odd position and was informed that the bank accounts were locked. Got it, I was patient, but never heard back. I contacted plenty of times, by phone and email regarding this refund. When I finally got through I was told there was no money in the account to pay me back. It is disheartening because I know Mike was upstanding and would have kept his word. I have the correspondence from Mike mentioning this refund even. I hope this company turns it around for the better again because it is was an asset to this community.
