RenuKrete renovated our pool deck last year. I usually dont write reviews but in this case I though I should. We were really impressed with them from the first day. Not only are they up to date on using technology to make the entire process more smooth (uploading your images through their own app, getting confirmation emails and text messages , who does that?) but the people are also a real pleasure to deal with. Linda on the phone was terrific and the crew and their manager really personable. We are running our own business and I know how hard it can be to keep it all together, with all of the challenges you face every day. They do definitely an "way above average" job. And yes, we love our pool deck. So many complements since last year. And when our pool company had to make a repair this year, RenuKrete was there to help and make it "disappear." Could not be happier and can't recommend more highly. Great job!

The concrete around our pool was old and discolored. This was especially noticeable when the pool cover was off as the concrete under the cover was significantly lighter. We decided to have RenuKrete do our pool deck and we couldn't be happier with the results! We now have a beautiful oasis that makes staying at home like being on vacation! The crew was outstanding, answering all our questions as they arose. They were very professional and obviously enthusiastic about what they were doing and creating. Everything was cleaned upon completion so as to leave no concrete dust. They vacuumed our pool and even wiped down our fence. We would definitely recommend RenuKrete to revitalize and beautify your concrete!

I will admit that I was skeptical at first. We use our pool in the summer A LOT and mostly do so when our grand kids are visiting. Its our main tool to entertain them. So, when we thought about resurfacing the deck, we thought it may take a long time (meaning no pool time), make the surface very slippery, and overall just not make such a big difference anyways. Boy, were we wrong! First, when RenuKrete came they explained and addressed all of our concerns. They worked with us on our schedule. Half way done, the pool deck already looked amazingly different! And when it was complete, we really were in awe. We have received so many compliments. Most folks dont understand that its still concrete! The installation was in 2018 and it looks great to this day. We have hired their cleaning service once. I dont think its worth every year, but every few years it probably makes sense. They touched up a little crack that had developed in one of our slabs as a courtesy. They said "you will love the result" and we surely did (and do!)

We had RenuKrete renovate our pool deck in their hurricane bolder theme and it came out wonderfully! The crew was great, easy to work with and true artisans. They made sure everything was just right so that we would love it. We have pavers next to the pool deck so I was concerned about the look. I would like to thank mike and his crew for making my pool deck look beautiful and Linda for always keeping me posted about the time of the crews arrival and they were always on time. I was gonna have my whole pool deck redone that would’ve cost a lot of money for me to do just removing the old concrete would’ve cost a lot well one day I seen this post card in the mail and it said it uses the old concrete to design your deck to perfection 😊 so I called and got it done ✅ and the results are amazing looks like a whole new back yard and pool deck thanks RenuKrete you did an amazing job. Super happy, thank you! When we first looked at our pool patio options, we were a bit frustrated because everything seems to involve ripping out our cement deck. It sounded messy, risky and expensive. Plus, the new pavers would have cost a fortune. Then, we found RenuKrete and they used our existing concrete, but made it look like stone. Couldnt be happier! We are getting to many compliments and already referred a few new customers to them. Thumbs up!

The most descriptive word I can think of to describe our RenuKrete pool deck crew is talented. The guys were agreeable, dedicated & beyond capable. The final result to our 50-year old pool is remarkable as you can see from the Before/After pictures. We are very pleased with the result.
