Please read everything because there is a lot.

Where do I begin? As soon as I moved in, I asked them to fix a bathroom sink that was clogged before I moved in. After they fixed it, they tried to charge me $200. I told them no and they dropped it. Within the first month of me moving in, the rats in the dumpster in the parking area ate the wires in my car and I had to get a new car. When I asked them to do something about the rats several times, they did NOTHING about it.

A couple weeks later, my kitchen sink overflowed, spilling over onto the floor, with dirty water. There was no emergency or maintenance number to call because it was late at night when it all happened. Later on, the cockroaches showed up and, guess what? NOTHING was done about it.

When it came to moving out, I had to get the carpets cleaned professionally and it cost me $300. Then these people had the nerve to charge me $500 to fix the plumbing, plumbing I had complained about SINCE DAY ONE, and to clean everything, even though I cleaned the place spotless to avoid this kind of thing. When I called to tell them I wouldn’t be paying, they basically said ā€œnothing we can do about it and we’re not changing our minds.ā€ And then they sent me to a debt collector because I didn’t pay within a few days of me paying what I ā€œowedā€. The rent looks cheap but they charge you for parking in your own home and they ā€œcharge you your security deposit every monthā€ and then do stuff like this.

These people are rotten and I hope they see this. There are many other places you can live besides with these rotten slumlords.

Absolutely not okay with how I was treated today. I set an appointment for 5:55PM. No response at the door. After back and fourth with Tim and his ā€œbossā€ for forty minutes, he tells me I cannot view the property because it is still being ā€œcleanedā€. He says that they prematurely posted the home online and ā€œarent sure how that happenedā€. He also tells me that if I like it FROM THE OUTSIDE I can put an application in. He also tried directing me to another home with a completely different floor plan, appliances, and overall everything, which I had already viewed a week prior. He then tells me he can take me to tour it tomorrow, after I had already drove 40 minutes out for THIS showing.
It’s absolutely negligent and rude to just expect people to bend to you like that, and to string people along with false advertising.
PLEASE listen to the other reviews posted here on Google.

After my experience, I can tell you that they uphold entirely.

Do NOT for any reason rent from these ā€œpeopleā€ they are dishonest. You will pay a bunch of bull crap fees for no reason! Communication is awful and they will lie to no end. You will have to fix any issues yourself with your own money. We rented from them for 3 years, never missed a single payment and were never late, left the property in perfect condition but they were dishonest and withheld our deposit from us. Do not trust them!

This company doesn’t care about your time!
I’m very disappointed with this business. I had a tour scheduled for an apartment and ended up having over two hours of my time wasted. I got to the apartment a couple minutes early, and ended up waiting for an additional 40 minutes (attempting to call and email the company to get more information on why no one was there to help). I finally left and still haven't heard back from them. I looked at the listing the next morning and found out it had been sold. It would have been nice to know before I drove out of my way and wasted my time waiting. Business tip… let the customer know if the apartment they have a scheduled appointment for has been sold prior to the appointment.

They've raised my rent $400 in 2 years which is absolutely ridiculous. Otherwise they've been a bit understanding but the fees are outrageous and causes more issues than helps the "renters" nonetheless due to the economy I'm really in a bind at the moment and hoping the will stretch the understanding a bit more today March 2024. And when the lease comes up in May raising it $200 more (would be $600 raised in 3 years if so) would definitely be a negative review. Until then I'm trying to reach out and sincerely ask for understanding empathyfor the common working class people....

Currently rent from them and they are terrible!! Stay away and we will likely not renew our lease. They lied about having the carpets cleaned, it was disgusting when we moved in and had to clean the carpets several times on our own. When I asked for proof of them cleaning the carpets like they claimed the manager Glen never responded back because he knew he was in the wrong. Have to remind them to send us air filters and the back yard was completely overgrown and we had to clean that all out to make it usable. This company will screw you out of every penny and even if you return a perfect place back to them I have no doubt they will keep all of the deposit. Have half a mind to contact the landlord directly to let them know their property is not being properly cared for and she needs to find a new company. Don’t every apply here and the pics they show you aren’t accurate. Moved from out of state and got totally screwed over.

This is my first ever review but it needs to be said. I rented for two years and had the worst possible experience. Glen reminded me several times that renters are not customers. Know that before you rent. They fined me for talking to the homeowner when the homeowner was the one who contacted me first. I guess I was just supposed to ignore him? Glenn and Natasha were rude and heartless and were slow to respond. I would still be there renting if they didn’t try and raise the rent again. They wanted to raise the rent another $200 so I bailed. They put the house back on the market for $100 less than I paid last year. Tell me how that makes sense? The homeowner will miss out on at least a months rent ($3000)and at least $1200 in decreased rent. That is at least $4200 for the year in losses. If I could give zero stars to Glenn and Natasha I would.
