We had a really wonderful experience working with Annie at Renovation Design Group. When you're doing a big project, it's challenging to visualize what your final product will look like, and Annie is great at gathering details and turning a vague idea into a reality on paper. She was also very patient with us as we went through several very different design iterations. In addition, we got great recommendations on potential contractors and the pros and cons of working with each. RDG is a wonderful local business and a great investment for any renovation project.

Taking on a remodel of my home has been one of the most intense experiences of my life and cannot ever fully express my gratitude to Annie and RDG for supporting me throughout the entire process.

I bonded with Annie immediately upon our meeting. Her charisma and confidence put me at ease right from the start. My project had many unique and complicated challenges and Annie was a true guide and advocate for me in navigating the way through. Annie was always in easy communication with me, especially when I was feeling overwhelmed. She always made me feel like I was a valued friend and she understood and supported my experience from start to finish.

Annie was amazing! She was easy to work with, and prompt with her design work. She came to our house and personally saw our space. She presented several design options which would accomplish our remodeling goals and gave us the pros and cons of each, including which were the least expensive and most costly. When hiccups came up in our renovation, she was easily accessible and could answer the contractors questions. This was our second remodel with Annie. We have recommended her to all of our friends and family for their design and remodeling needs.

I'm shocked no one has written a poor review on this company with our experience. We had Ann over and discussed our house plans. We paid and received the bix graphics. There were many point discussions at our original meeting that was missed. When we brought this to her attention, she happily changed it for additional fees. There was also miscommunication. We point blank asked her if we would be able to change the graphics - thinking we were spending several thousands of dollars, we could "play" and move things around to see how we liked different designs. They said yes. After we paid- they said only THEY could change the graphics and would happily do so - for an additional fee. We decided to do a different project. Then 2 years later, we realized we paid all this money and have no house plans or measurements. We contacted them. Again, they are happy to release the drawings - for another $1500 additional to the $$$$ we paid 2 years ago. We are very unhappy with the process and the miscommunication. They did NOT explain their terminology well. The contract says CAD. It should be spelled out for those of us not familiar with the terminology. We also asked questions, but their and our responses were not on the same page. When I do my renovation, I will not move forward with this company. We have worked with others and have not shared this same experience.

We worked with Annie at Renovation Design Group to design and build our family home. This wasn’t a remodel- it was a complete tear down and ground up build. After 3 years in our house I’m still so grateful that we worked with RDG.

The first time we met with Annie she very thoroughly considered our existing home and *gently* told us it was a tear down, which it absolutely was. 😂 We trusted her judgement from that point on and I’m so happy we did. RDG does an extraordinary job of designing spaces that are beautiful, practical, and fun. The process was extremely collaborative- our needs were always considered and we deeply appreciated having RDG’s expertise and experience along the way. The house that we’ve ended up with is truly something special.

The planning, demolition, and construction of this house spanned the Covid shut down and two separate pregnancies and births in our family. The fact that we had such a smooth and positive experience with Annie amid all that chaos is a HUGE testament to her professionalism. Thank you for everything, RDG!

We have had Renovation Design Group do two projects for us. They helped us do a major redesign on the main floor to open the kitchen, living room and dining room into one open space. Earlier they had helped us redesign our entire downstairs. Annie and her team were great to work with. They had great ideas but involved us, the homeowners , as part of the design process. We feel like we moves into a new, beautiful,functional home!
