Our home was recently completed by Renaissance Homes. We were incredibly impressed with Brandon Tedder (owner) and his team. We started meeting with Brandon and a draftsman when we still lived in another state. They made the process very easy and they were crystal clear about what to expect and the associated costs. Brandon was never too busy to answer any questions we had or to meet with us in person.

Tammi helped me with everything related to the interior of the house plumbing, lighting fixtures, flooring, tile, countertops, hardware etc.. Tammi helped me with exterior brick as well. She accompanied me to all of those appointments and she was an invaluable asset with her expertise and always positive kind and attitude!

Our project manager, Ryan Elliot, is knowledgeable, reliable, and was exceptionally communicative throughout the entire process. He was at the job site daily and paid attention to every detail during the process. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Ryan was in addition to being an honest, genuine person! Ryan coordinated the building of a cedar sauna and a separate steam room in our master bathroom for us which are both absolutely incredible! Our rear deck is beautiful with a built in grill and separate Primo smoker/charcoal grill. It also has a gas fireplace and in ceiling heaters.

All of the Renaissance crews from pouring the concrete, framing, plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring and landscaping were also all top notch.

The quality of every inch of our home far exceeds the "normal standards" that many of the houses that I have looked at being built possess. I highly recommend Renaissance Homes if you are considering building!

I recently messaged my builder, Renaissance, on just how impressed I am with the construction quality of their home. Brandon and his team know how to build homes. In the 3 years since closing, there has not been one call for post-construction warranty work. That does not happen too often with new home construction.

If anyone is considering building in the village, you should contact Brandon and ask him to walk you through one of his houses going up. Hopefully you will get to see how they frame a home. No shortcuts are taken, from the quality of construction material, to the spacing of studs, joists, and girders. Renaissance Homes are plain built to weather the storms.

From start to finish every member of their team made building our forever home from 2000 miles away basically effortless. It all began with the owner, Brandon Tedder, showing us the perfect lot and then working with us on a floor plan that we envisioned, resulting in a beautiful home we never could have imagined that we would own. They brought our dream to life! We can't say enough positive things about his team either.

Tammi helped us with all the design and more! We remember her saying in the beginning that “this is going to be fun!” And it was! Tammi listened to our likes and dislikes and gave us many design options and advice while not imposing on our style. Bottom line, she is incredible!

Our project manager, Paul, is remarkable! He kept us up to date every step of the way, checking in with us to make sure our wants were met. There were many daily phone calls, texts and even face timing that showed us that what mattered to him is that we were happy. His detail in his work made us rest assured that we were getting the quality home that we wanted. He would always end our conversations with "I appreciate y'all" and his actions showed that he truly meant it.

Each one of Renaissance's vendors, (fixtures, flooring, countertops, brick and stone, electrical, appliances, etc), all displayed quality in their products and customer service in their employees that met the high standards of Renaissance. The majority of these vendors also relayed to us that Renaissance is their favorite builder to work with. That says a lot in itself about Renaissance.

Thank you Brandon, Tammi and Paul for building us such a quality home and making our experience and our home perfect! We could not be happier!

There needs to be a HSV Homebuilders Hall of Fame. When created, Renaissance Homes should to be the first inductee. We visited the village around three years ago, met and talked with friends & decided to build rather than buy/remodel. We talked to several builders and viewed examples of thier work. BY FAR, Brandon and his crack team provided the best example of a finely crafted custom home. In talking with other homeowners that built with Brandon, not 1 had anything negative to say about thier experience. Not one. In this day and age, that speaks VOLUMES for the quality of his companies work and reputation. Project manager Ryan; competant, resourceful, service oriented, diligent, on time...the list goes on. I don't have enough room to tell you how great Ryan is, but just know you would be lucky to have him on your build! Tammi; creative, helpful without being pushy, organized and a needed asset to help with all those decisions that a homeowner faces. Glad we had her!
