We sold our home "for sale by owner" and Jean was our real estate coordinator for the transaction. Our buyers also did not have a real estate agent and Jean worked both sides of the deal. We loved working with him and his office staff. We received responses to our emails very quickly, probably within a few minutes. He handled all the paperwork, phone calls and signatures. He helped us understand the process and our house closed in about a month. Jean probably didn't earn enough on that deal for the amount of work he put into it. We would highly recommend Jean and his office for buying or selling a home.
