Our organization recently hired Reich Design Associates to draft plans for a commercial space buildout. We were in a serious time crunch and Armond was not only prompt in his response to us, he was also very understanding. He communicated effectively during the entire process, and made sure we understood the path forward with obtaining the proper permits. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Our 1800s farmhouse burned down in January 2022 due to renovations. We called Armond to see if he would be interested in helping us replicate the original home. He was able to draw up our home to look identical to what it was, kept it on the same footprint, but modified the interior to work better for our family. It was certainly a tricky puzzle of a job, and I did change my mind several times. He was always patient and kind. I wanted the home to look like an 1800s home that had been added on to over time- he did that. The lines and structure he drew is beautiful. We will start building in a few weeks and are thrilled with what he created for us. I would say one of Armond’s best qualities is compassion. He understands that life is hard but his architectural gifts make life more beautiful despite the hard. Loosing a home we loved dearly is one of the hardest things we’ve experienced, but Armond has brought beauty from ashes. Thank you Armond!!

I hired them to design plans to add a screened in back porch & a mud room/bathroom combo.
He drew plans remodeling my kitchen & eliminating my dining room. Not at all what I asked for. Certainly, not what I wanted & definitely not what I paid for. I was very disappointed
