We worked with Michael first when he was the property manager for a home we rented in 4S Ranch and later as our buyer's agent for a home purchase in Poway, CA. Through all our business dealings, Michael was always thoughtful, courteous, and extremely professional.

As buyer's agent, Michael was patient and never pressured us to enter a deal we would regret. He coached us to hold off on offers when in doubt, and he helped us look at properties with a critical eye. After four months of looking, when we finally found "the one", he aggressively negotiated an attractive price. We were very appreciative of Michael's extensive knowledge of homes, the real estate market, the closing process and additional considerations after close (i.e. living trust, recommendations for contractors on future work). We are very pleased with our new purchase, and without Michael's patience and perseverance we very likely would have settled for something less.

As a property manager, we were most struck by Michael's ability to expertly balance the needs of the landlord and tenant. When a major appliance broke, he did extra legwork to find a quality replacement unit while still sticking to the landlord's budget. When we had a major leak, he responded immediately and had the work done promptly by a quality contractor to minimize impact on our family. He was always respectful of our privacy and always clear in his communication with us. We rented the home for 5 years, and his excellent property management was the reason we stayed in the home for so long.

We are very happy to have worked with Michael as renters and as home buyers and will certainly request his services in the future if and when the need arises.

Michael was a phenomenal property manager. We rented one of his properties for 2.5 years and could not have asked for a more attentive professional.
